• QUFA Pubs - Drop by and enjoy good company and good cheer.

  4:30 to 6:00 pm

  The first 20 people to drop in each get one free drink.
  The pub host will have drink tickets and will be wearing a QUFA button.
  The Grad Club is a house on the northeast corner of Union and Barrie.

  The theme this time is the tumultuous life of the adjunct professor, and Robert May can speak about this first hand, having been an adjunct professor at three different universities

  This is a chance for Members across the campus to meet in a social setting.

• The Fifth Annual QUFA Lecture on Academic Freedom, given by Sir John Sulston, 2002 Nobel Laureate in Physiology or Medicine, was held on Monday March 19, 2007. Sir Sulston gave a second talk about the highlights of his scientific career on Tuesday March 20, 2007
