OCUFA questionnaire for QUFA members

Dear QUFA Members,

I am writing to invite you to respond to a questionnaire that is being sent to faculty and librarians across Ontario through the Ontario Confederation of Faculty Associations (OCUFA) of which QUFA is a member association. The questionnaire has been designed to solicit the opinions of faculty and librarians on an array of topics that are important to the welfare of Ontario universities. Having information which comes directly from the people on the front line is an invaluable tool in enhancing OCUFA's advocacy efforts on your behalf.

Please be assured that your responses will remain confidential. The responses will be aggregated at the provincial level so as to maintain the confidentiality not only of the respondent but of the institution in which the respondent is located.

The questionnaire should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.

We only very rarely ask our members to participate in such surveys. Given the difficult economic situation currently facing Ontario and the financial plight of our universities it is important to furnish OCUFA with hard data with which to advocate on our collective behalf.
