Memoranda of Agreement modifying the Sessional Adjunct Collective Agreement
Several Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) have been signed since finalizing the
Collective Agreement in June 2006, adding to or modifying provisions as necessary after discussion at meetings of the Joint Committee to Administer the Agreement (JCAA). In the past, links to the MOAs were found within the Collective Agreement document itself at the site of the affected provision. To improve the visibility of changes to the Agreement, we have decided to provide a single point of reference by listing them, with links, on one page.
