SESSIONAL BARGAINING UNIT MEMBERS:1
  • Sessional Adjunct Members paid at the salary floor for their unit, as defined by the Compensation Article in the Collective Agreement (available on the QUFA website) are entitled to 6% of their salary in lieu of benefits.
  • Childcare Support Plan. Members must provide receipts by February 1st for costs that were incurred during the previous calendar year. Reimbursement will be made for each day that the Member has assigned teaching duties during the term or session.

  • The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at 1-800-387-4765, offers counselling for financial, personal, stress-related, vocational, childcare referral, and other issues.

NOTES: 1 Members of the sessional bargaining unit are governed by the June 19, 2006 - April 30, 2008 Collective Agreement (available on the QUFA website). Sessional Faculty are contracted to teach fewer than 2.0 full course equivalents in one academic year.
