QUFA’s Child Care Benefit (Appendix U)

The application period for the Childcare Support Plan has ended for 2003. Application forms will be available on-line in early January 2004 for 2003 childcare claims. Members must submit receipts to Human Resources c/o Lisa Latour, by February 1, 2004 for expenses incurred during the 2003 calendar year.
