It was great to see many of you at our VPRP information session yesterday. If you were unable to attend, we have posted the slide deck and a meeting recording on the QUFA website. We have also posted a “guidelines” document created by Queen’s that includes new information about dates in the process and a link to a form-fillable PDF application form. You can find all of this along with our Infosheets and the letter of agreement creating the program on the QUFA pension page here.
Those who want to consult with a colleague on how to craft a reduction of responsibilities plan are invited to contact Rob Hickey (hickeyr@queensu.ca) or Paul Young (youngpg@queensu.ca). I invite you to reach out to me with process questions or concerns, or questions that are not answered in any of the posted documents. Please note that the deadline to apply to begin to phase toward retirement in 2022 is July 1 of this year.
