A new update from the University Pension Plan development has been released. Negotiations are ongoing and this piece focuses in particular on the Defined Benefit nature of the plan. Relative to the Defined Benefit guarantee of our Hybrid Plan, this new plan would offer increased benefits within a sustainable, lower risk environment. Read the update here.
